ECM IV:
Maintenance provision function
Operational services, based on the ECM IV function in accordance with. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779, can be called up by mutual agreement after in-depth consultation and in compliance with an appropriate lead time:
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance and servicing activities
- Technical support for trial and test drives
- Carrying out inspection and maintenance activities in accordance with legal requirements
- Checking all available evidence and documents for plausibility and completeness
- Carrying out the necessary operational inspections, measurements and tests as well as lubricating the freight wagons
- Carrying out the necessary operational assessments, measurements and driving/braking tests as well as preparing reports in accordance with EisbG requirements and §40 declaration for diesel locomotives
