Assuming responsibility for monitoring the vehicles with regard to the necessary maintenance measures
- Ensuring the legal compliance of the rail vehicle fleet over its entire life cycle (from registration to utilization)
- Communication and information with all relevant parties such as the owner, external ECM office, workshops [ECMIV] and the like.
- Planning and coordination of service providers and workshops [ECMIV]
- Checking the competence, availability and performance of the workshops [ECMIV]
- Planning, approval and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Define work packages
- Settlement of claims
- Spare parts management
